Wan Mohd Zul Zaidi bin Wan Mohd Nor is the Managing Director of WNZ Intelligence Sdn. Bhd., where he is Lead Trainer and author of its AI and Agentic AI catalogue. He also serves as a director of other Malaysian companies. An experienced industry practitioner, corporate trainer and active AI researcher, he brings over 20 years of hands-on experience across new product development systems, operations, engineering and project management. He holds a B.Eng in Communication and Computer Engineering from UKM and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, combining deep technical engineering expertise with international-standard business acumen.

He is currently completing a PhD at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), specialising in AI applications in Islamic banking and finance — with a research focus on Shariah-compliant credit risk modelling, algorithmic decision-making and ethical AI governance. This places him among a small group of Malaysian training professionals who are simultaneously active, frontier AI researchers.

Crucially, Wan Zul is a hands-on practitioner of the tools he teaches. Within his own companies he designs and runs AI agents that automate real work across Human Resources, Finance, Procurement and day-to-day Operations. Because every framework, prompt and workflow he teaches has already been proven in a live business, participants receive practical, real-world agentic playbooks — not theory.

Ts. Syahrul Nizam bin Junaini

Ts. Syahrul Nizam bin Junaini is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and a Professional Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists, with 25 years in the education and training industry. He has designed and delivered more than 200 training programmes for corporations, universities and government bodies, working at the intersection of generative AI, digital transformation and design thinking.

He is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, and a Research Fellow at its Institute for Tourism Research and Innovation. He has published more than 100 papers, including in Q1 journals such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Education and Information Technologies and Agricultural Systems, and has contributed to 27 funded research projects. He has been invited as a keynote speaker at international conferences in India, Japan, China, Kazakhstan and Indonesia.

He serves on the National AI Office working group for AI talent, contributing to national AI talent development frameworks, and is an expert member of the Strategic AI Group for Education at UNIMAS. He is a recipient of the Malaysia National Academic Award in 2017, the Sarawak Maal Hijrah Award in 2018 and the Malaysia Digital Transformation Award in 2024. His delivery style translates complex technical content into practical workplace workflows.
